Our workshops CRAFTSMANSHIP ITINERARIES Discover the artistic workshops From the medieval and Renaissance tradition of arts and crafts to the most innovative and research-oriented  craftsmanship, you can discover  a vast heritage, hidden up to now. Perugia, which is ancient and contemporary at the same time, lives on the splendid art of doing things. That’s why a new type of tourist-traveller was born, “the crafts-lover”, for whom visiting the workshops that continue the tradition of ancient craftsmanship or produce new creativity is an opportunity to enter and experience the creative process, observe techniques and skills,  learn about materials and styles and get involved in the art of doing things between tradition and continuous innovation. But, above all, it is a chance to discover histories, meet and talk to authentic craftsmen and even take beautiful things home. This is a different way of sight-seeing, a search for routes that are an alternative to classic itineraries. Choose your itinerary. A recommended itinerary can be: a)  autonomous, by following a route shown on a map; b) (on request),  a route followed in a minibus for groups of a maximum of 8 people; c) (on request),  a tour accompanied by a professional guide . •    Itinerary of creativity (approx. 3.30 hours,  hypothesizing a 30-minute visit to each workshop and a 1-hour visit to the workshop museum) departure at 9.00 a.m. in Corso Cavour, 167 – Porta San Pietro visit to Anna Barola’s workshop “ART AND CRAFTSMANSHIP” – embroidery Corso Cavour, 119 visit to Stefano Ajello’s FRAME WORKSHOP – furnishings Via Fatebenefratelli, 2 visit to Maddalena Forenza’s workshop museum  “STUDIO MORETTI CASELLI” – artistic glass windows Via Cartolari, 20 visit to Luisa Secchi’s workshop  “BOTTEGA ARTIGIANA DEI SECCHI” – puppets visit to Emiko Miyazaki’s workshop “ CREATIVE WEAVING” – fabrics       *for a visit to the museum a contribution of € 5.00 per person would be appreciated recommended sites of great artistic interest along this itinerary: Basilica di San Pietro, Chiesa di San Domenico, Chiesa S.
